- Care details you share so we can match the right staff: the patient’s age, condition, medicines, shift needed and address.
- Job applications: name, phone, role, area and any experience you share.
- Basic technical data your browser sends when it loads the site, such as IP address and device type.
3. How we use it
- To call you back, quote charges and arrange staff, equipment or consultations.
- To brief the caretaker or nurse on the duties needed.
- To follow up on the service and handle complaints or replacements.
- To process job applications and arrange interviews and training.
- To meet legal obligations and keep the website secure.
5. Third-party services on this site
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and map tiles from OpenStreetMap. Those services receive your IP address when your browser fetches their files. All photographs are served from our own website. Phone, WhatsApp and email links open the respective apps, whose own privacy policies apply.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and care records for as long as needed to provide the service and handle any follow-up, and for the period the law requires. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
