1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or book any service from Life Line Home Health Services (“Life Line”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or booking a service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book with us.
2. What we provide
Life Line arranges trained caretakers, patient attendants, nurses, baby care and household help, physiotherapy, doctor and dietitian consultations, ICU setup at home, and medical equipment on rent, in Hyderabad and nearby areas.
- We are a home-care service, not a hospital or emergency service.
- In a medical emergency call 108 or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
- Information on this website is general and is not a substitute for advice from the patient’s treating doctor.
3. Booking and charges
Charges depend on the patient’s condition, the type of staff and whether a 12-hour or 24-hour shift is needed. We tell you the amount before anyone is sent. Payment terms are explained on the call before the service begins and are agreed with you for weekly or monthly billing where relevant.
4. Our staff and replacement
Caretakers are interviewed and reference-checked before placement. If you are not comfortable with the person sent, tell us and we will arrange a replacement. Staff follow the duties agreed at booking and the treating doctor’s prescription; they do not change medicines or treatment on their own.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about the patient’s condition, allergies and medicines.
- Provide a safe place to work, rest and meals during long shifts as agreed at booking.
- Treat our staff with respect and do not ask them to do tasks outside the agreed duties.
- Tell us promptly if the patient’s condition changes or you wish to end the service.
6. Equipment rental
Rented equipment stays the property of Life Line. Please use it as demonstrated by our team, keep it in the room it was installed in, and tell us before moving or returning it. Loss or damage beyond normal use may be chargeable. Rental is weekly or monthly and can be ended by calling us so that we can collect it.
7. Limits of responsibility
We take care in selecting and supervising staff, but we cannot guarantee a particular medical outcome. To the extent the law permits, Life Line is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian law that cannot be limited.
8. Using this website
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial use without permission. Photos on the site are illustrative and may not show our actual staff. The site links to and uses third-party services such as maps; their own terms apply to them.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site or our services after an update means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
